Child Support Drivers License Amnesty Program
August 16, 2010 through September 30, 2010

The driver’s license reinstatement policy requires delinquent parents to either pay off the entire back child support amount owed, or provide one month’s child support and a verifiable income source (employer, bank account or other income source) that can be attached to provide future payments, and a minimum of $50.00 toward any back child support that is owed.
 
Parents paying with bank checks or money orders can come in to the
Cuyahoga Support Enforcement Agency
From 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Those paying cash must go to the
Cuyahoga County Treasurer’s Office
1st Floor Cashier’s Office
1219 Ontario Street
